These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the app22 platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By registering with app22, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.
1. General Terms and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and app22 ("app22", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your access to and use of the app22 website located at app22.club and all services, games, promotions, and features made available through the platform (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account on app22, accessing the Services, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform and close your account by contacting our support team.
app22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published on the platform, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
app22 strictly enforces an 18+ age policy. You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. By creating an account, you confirm and warrant that you meet this requirement. app22 conducts mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts. Valid government-issued identification — including but not limited to a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — must be provided before any withdrawal can be processed.
2.2 One Account Per Player
Each individual person may register and maintain exactly one account on the app22 platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended without notice, all balances will be subject to review, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.
2.3 Accurate Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid mobile number, and a working email address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure. You must update your account information promptly if any of it changes after registration.
2.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication details. app22 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify app22 support immediately via live chat or email.
2.5 Eligibility Restrictions
The app22 platform is intended for use by residents of Bangladesh who are 18 years of age or older. app22 does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. app22 assumes no liability for any legal consequences arising from your access in a restricted jurisdiction.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
app22 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). app22 does not accept cryptocurrency transactions, international wire transfers, or payment methods not listed in this clause at this time.
3.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly under normal conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take between one and three business hours to be credited to your account balance, depending on the processing schedule of the sending financial institution. app22 does not impose any deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which app22 accepts no responsibility.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawals to KYC-verified accounts are processed within five minutes for bKash and Nagad channels during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within two to four business hours. All withdrawals require that your account KYC verification is complete and that no active responsible gaming restrictions apply to your account. app22 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal at its discretion.
3.4 Withdrawal Limits and Conditions
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per calendar day, as displayed in your account's Cashier section. These limits may vary by player tier — Black Diamond members benefit from enhanced daily withdrawal limits and priority processing. Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements and withdrawal caps described in Section 4 before they become eligible for withdrawal.
3.5 Same-Source Withdrawal Policy
For anti-money laundering compliance purposes, withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, up to the amount originally deposited via that method. Excess winnings may be withdrawn via any verified payment method registered to your account. app22 maintains detailed transaction records and may request supporting documentation for any transaction as part of its compliance processes.

4. Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Bonus Eligibility
All bonuses and promotions offered by app22 are available to eligible registered players in accordance with the specific terms attached to each offer. Unless otherwise stated, welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit only. Existing players may be eligible for reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP-tier rewards as outlined in the app22 loyalty programme documentation.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is specified at the point of offer and in the promotional terms accompanying each campaign. Unless a specific multiplier is stated, the default wagering requirement is 30x the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry.
4.3 Game Contribution Rates
Different game categories contribute at different rates toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots and crash games typically contribute 100% of each wager; table games such as blackjack, baccarat, and roulette typically contribute between 10% and 20%; and live dealer games contribute at varying rates as specified in the individual promotion terms. Sports betting wagers placed using bonus funds must meet minimum odds requirements as stated in the relevant promotion.
4.4 Bonus Abuse
app22 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting systems, and using automated tools to place bonus wagers. Where bonus abuse is identified, app22 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses, withhold any winnings derived from those bonuses, and close the accounts involved without prior notice.
4.5 VIP Loyalty Programme
The app22 loyalty programme operates across four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Black Diamond. Tier advancement is based on cumulative real-money wagering volume within the relevant qualifying period. Each tier carries specific benefits including cashback rates, weekly reload bonuses, withdrawal priority, and, at Platinum and Black Diamond levels, access to a dedicated personal account manager. 5. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
app22 is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, place wagers, or navigate the platform without genuine human participation.
- Exploiting software bugs, game errors, display glitches, or miscalculated odds to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed.
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of the sporting events on which you are placing wagers on the app22 sports betting platform.
- Registering more than one account, sharing accounts with other individuals, or accessing another player's account without their explicit authorisation.
- Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity. app22 is required by applicable standards to report suspicious transactions and cooperate fully with relevant authorities.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing support staff, other players, or any representative of app22 via any communication channel including live chat, email, or WhatsApp.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code of the app22 platform or any game software made available through it.
- Engaging in chip-dumping, collusion, or any coordinated strategy between two or more players in table game or poker formats designed to unfairly transfer funds between accounts.
Where prohibited conduct is identified, app22 may, at its sole discretion, take any or all of the following actions: immediately suspend account access, void any wagers or winnings associated with the prohibited activity, withhold and reclaim any bonus funds involved, permanently close all associated accounts, and report relevant conduct to appropriate authorities where legally required to do so.
6. Game Rules and Betting
6.1 Game Outcomes and RNG
All casino games offered on the app22 platform — including slots, table games, crash games, and fishing games — utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided and maintained by the respective game development studios. app22 does not control, modify, or influence individual game outcomes. RNG systems are subject to periodic independent audits to verify statistical randomness and compliance with fair gaming standards.
6.2 Live Dealer Games
Live dealer tables are operated by internationally recognised studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules governing each live table — including dealing procedures, payout ratios, side bet availability, and minimum and maximum stake limits — are determined by the studio operating the table and are displayed within the game interface prior to and during play. app22 accepts no responsibility for technical interruptions originating from the live studio provider's infrastructure.
6.3 Sports Betting Rules
All sports bets placed on the app22 platform are governed by the specific sports betting rules applicable to each market, which are available within the sports betting section of the platform. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement and confirmed via your bet slip. app22 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently found to have been subject to manipulation, error in odds calculation, or data feed failure. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your account balance.
6.4 Technical Failures
In the event of a game interruption or technical failure during a live game session, app22 will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server-side logs and determine the appropriate resolution. Where a game outcome cannot be determined with certainty due to a technical failure, app22 reserves the right to void the round and return the staked amount to the player's account. Winnings that have been confirmed and credited to your balance prior to a technical failure are not affected.
6.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed within the game interface or betting slip. These limits may vary by player tier — Black Diamond members have access to higher maximum stake limits on selected tables and markets. app22 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
7.1 Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your app22 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before processing a closure request, app22 will confirm your identity and ensure that all pending withdrawals have been processed. If you are requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons, our team will also discuss available alternatives such as self-exclusion or a temporary cool-off period, though closure will proceed immediately upon your confirmation if that remains your preference.
7.2 Suspension or Closure by app22
app22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; provision of false or fraudulent registration information; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; suspected money laundering or other illegal financial activity; duplicate account detection; bonus abuse; and any conduct that app22 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.
7.3 Balance on Closure
Where an account is closed at the player's request and no breach of these Terms has occurred, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their most recently used verified payment method within five to ten business days of the closure being confirmed. Bonus balances, free spin winnings pending wagering completion, and any funds identified as being derived from prohibited conduct are not eligible for return upon closure.
7.4 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity — defined as no login, deposit, or wager activity during that period. app22 will make reasonable attempts to notify you via the email address associated with your account before applying a dormancy maintenance fee. The applicable fee schedule is displayed in your account settings. If your account balance reaches zero as a result of dormancy fees, the account will be closed. To reactivate a dormant account, contact support and complete any additional verification required.
8. Liability and Dispute Resolution
8.1 Limitation of Liability
app22 provides its Services on an "as available" basis and does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from interruption, or free from errors. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, app22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of winnings due to technical failure where the cause is outside app22's reasonable control.
8.2 Player Responsibility
You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own discretion and risk. app22 is not responsible for any financial loss you incur as a result of gambling on the platform, except in cases where the loss is directly caused by a proven technical error attributable to app22's systems. It is your responsibility to gamble within your means and to make use of the responsible gaming tools provided.
8.3 Dispute Resolution Process
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the app22 platform — including game outcomes, bonus terms, payment processing, or account management — you should first contact the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a resolution within five business days. If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, you may escalate the matter in writing, and a senior review will be conducted within a further ten business days.
8.4 Intellectual Property
All content on the app22 platform — including but not limited to the logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of app22 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any app22 platform content without express prior written authorisation from app22.
8.5 Amendments to These Terms
app22 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, app22 will provide at least seven days' advance notice via a platform notification or email to registered players. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and request account closure.
